"Dear MP,

The Prefect of Caserta ha inviato il commissario ad acta perché l'amministrazione virtuosa si è, a nostro avviso giustamente, rifiutata di cedere la gestione diretta dei rifiuti a favore di un consorzio provinciale non meglio identificato...
Camigliano è un comune di 1.800 abitanti, ha il 65% di raccolta differenziata, tantissimi progetti avviati per la riduzione a monte della produzione di rifiuti inutili, iniziative per il risparmio e l'efficienza energetica, e tante altre buone prassi avviate.
Abbiamo scritto al Presidente della Repubblica, senza ottenere alcuna risposta. Riteniamo insostenibile e vergognosa la presa di posizione di uno Stato che, di fatto, punisce chi è virtuoso e premia chi fa affari e sprechi con il denaro pubblico.
Martedì 22 giugno dalle ore 15.00 manifesteremo di fronte al Quirinale, in rappresentanza delle nostre comunità locali sparse in tutta Italia, a sostegno di Camigliano e a favore del buon senso che, ogni giorno, nell'indifferenza della politica romana, i comuni virtuosi portano avanti dal 2005, anno di fondazione della rete.
Nella speranza che il Palazzo non si rinchiuda ancora una volta in sé stesso e voglia ascoltare la nostra voce, auspichiamo un interessamento Suo e del Suo Gruppo Parlamentare.

• 1 stabilimento di tritovagliatura e imballaggio rifiuti (ex cdr);
• 2 siti di stoccaggio rifiuti tal quale;
• 1 impianto di compostaggio ancora in costruzione sempre a Santa Maria La Fossa.
E ancora:
- 4 impianti di compostaggio sequestrati e chiusi;
- 39 discariche di cui 36 siti pubblici;
- 815 siti di abbandono incontrollato di rifiuti;
- 347 impianti per attività produttive;
- 3 impianti per trattamento rifiuti industriali;
