OGGETTO: Conferimento di 400 tonnellate di rifiuti giornalieri presso lo STIR (ex CDR) di S.Maria C.V. provenienti da vari Comuni della Provincia di Napoli: implicazioni igienico-sanitarie .

-Having learned from various organs of the press (see "The Morning" of 06.11.2010, http://sfoglia.ilmattino.it/mattino/view.php?data=20101106&ediz=CASERTA & ; npag = 37 & file = & type = STANDARD obj_2947.xml ; and " Internal 18 ", http://www.interno18.it/cronaca/17068/rifiuti-vi-abbiamo-smascherato-ecco-le-tre-ordinanze-arena-non-ne-sapeva-nulla ), which since October 26 this year we are giving every day about 400 tons of waste from 18 municipalities from Naples - Anacapri, Barano Ischia, Capri, Casamicciola, Forio, Ischia, Lacco Ameno, Procida, Serra Fontana, Afragola, Quarto, Melito, Piano di Sorrento, Massa Lubrense, Sant'Agnello, Sorrento, Vico Equense, Meta di Sorrento to the -STIR (formerly CDR) of S. Maria Capua Vetere,

-Hit ordinances nos. 229 and 230 of 25.10.2010 and No. 235 1 / 11 / 2010 of the Regional Council of Campania-Area-Waste Management, in which just 18 municipalities will authorize the transfer of waste from Naples which has been the object without specifying the date of "late contribution";

-view also that the writers is always at the former CDR, no longer present a health of the former ASL CE / 2 for a supervisory and / or monitoring of sanitation in the various phases of the cycle of waste, especially for ' possibility of infiltration of leachate,

to SS.LL. address in which legal standards are met , for what may be, in terms of surveillance and monitoring sanitation under Law 592/02 on the question referred to in the subject and, if there ever were any illegal to carry ' identification of criminal liability for damage to human health .

The ISDE is strongly concerned that the discharge of daily rubbish in inappropriate facilities may adversely affect the health of the public without making significant resolutions to waste endless pseudo-emergency.
